Why haven't I received a confirmation email?

Once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and unfortunately cannot be cancelled. Once you receive your order you are more than welcome to return it for a full refund.

I have received a faulty item, what do I do?

Please reach out to our customer service team with images of the faulty item and your order number and our customer service team will assist you with a replacement or refund. Please do not lodge a return for an item you believe to be faulty.
